I've worked in property and estates management for over 20 years. I really enjoy working with clients and delivering a full property management solution, including sales, marketing and building tenant communities. 

Mum of two boys and owner of a very cute cavapoo. Allergic to all forms of sporting activities, but I am known to enjoy a glass of fizz or two. I currently hold the record for dancing with your arms in the air, circa 21 minutes, and I know all the words to Dolly Parton's 9 to 5.

Carl and I set-up Innov8 over 11 years ago wanting to create a business that could provide bespoke services for our clients. My role within the business is not only a Director but part of our service delivery along with the IPS Team, which means I am both client interfacing whilst working closely with consultants and contractors during the design and construction process.

In my spare time, I enjoy attending live sporting and music events, exploring the Cheshire countryside, and experiencing the delights of the Manchester food and drink industry.

I see the importance of considering property-related decisions from as many perspectives as possible. Achieving best value for all parties is a fine balancing act but essential to a project's success. We ensure that any construction, refurbishment or management teams consider the enjoyment of the end users of the building, as this is the fundamental gauge of a property’s success.

Used to be football, still a bit of cricket, but mainly ruining a good walk with a set of golf clubs.

I have worked directly and indirectly with Innov8 since early 2016, so it's great to finally be on board and be part of the wider Innov8 family. 

In my role I take great pride in finding better solutions for our clients, whether that be a change in process or an introduction to new technologies. I am also a huge people person and I really enjoy getting to know every person that makes a property tick.

Outside of work you’ll find me passionately bemoaning a recent Man Utd performance or attempting to convince everyone I am still young at the front of a Courteeners gig.

I have been part of the Innov8 team since 2017 operating as Principal Designer and CDM consultant working on a wide variety of projects from the commercial, industrial and residential sectors, both new builds and refurbishments.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking, cooking, reading, film and (still badly) playing the guitar.

I have worked at Innov8 for 7 years,  as the business administrator, but I have been in the administration field for 20 years. I cover all duties in maintaining an office setting, and am also involved in event organising. 

I enjoy music concerts, exercise & have an interest in upcycling projects.

I started at Innov8 as an administrator, and now help manage our entire portfolio. My favourite part is planning events and fundraisers that get people talking to one another.

My talents lie in administration and social media, so you’ll probably find me in the corner taking pictures and videos whenever our events are in full swing.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in a yoga class or indulging in Manchester’s food scene- it’s all about balance, after all!

I began at Innov8 as an apprentice on my placement year at university, and have stayed on full time as a facilities co-ordinator alongside my degree.

I assist Sam in all things facilities and it's probably my face you see nipping between properties!
