Our client is a charity based in Ireland who own a single property in Birchwood without further presence in the UK. We assisted them in taking over the day to day management of the property when it became vacant in 2017. 


Liaising with the previous tenant, taking over all the existing contracts and utilities. Since taking over the property we have continued to manage the property including weekly compliance checks, landscaping, M&E maintenance and vacant property security and monitoring. 


We have ensured the client has trouble free maintenance of the property and that it is always in its best condition for viewings.  We have also worked closely with the utilities companies to resolve ongoing issues and helped the client to receive a sizable credit on over charges that they had been receiving.
